When Ritam turned 6month old

Ritam just turned 6month recently. Yayy a half birthday celebration.
Before you I never knew I could have loved someone so much. I got a chance to experience the most beautiful phase of my life that is motherhood. I can’t believe it’s been 6month.

I was so scared holding you for the first time because you were so tiny and delicate. From taking you for your first vaccination to when you smiled at me for the first time tear rolled down my cheeks i laughed and cried even more. Only you can make crying look adorable, pooping look cute. Those sleepless nights were all worth it when i see your toothless grin.
With you everyday is a learning experience. Even in the worst of worst time when i was on a verge of breaking down you made me pull myself together so that i could be the best mother for you.
Your smile is worth all the trouble and keep me going when the going get tough. .

Cant wait for the day when you will take your first baby step also looking forward for the moment when you will call me maa. Love you my munchkin😘

Before planning the most essential steps

We have been married from past three and a half years. It has been a beautiful journey right from knowing each other to becoming best friends…being there for each other to loving each other and finally culminating into being parent to a wonderful boy , RITAM… Just like any other couple, we held discussion about parenthood. But trust me nothing goes according to the plan aDC8A9192-6EDB-49D1-AC0D-1C0EE14AF05Dt all, it’s when you both are ready to welcome your child, raise them happily and responsibly, not when the society says you should…so the moment we felt that we can share our love with someone more special, we started to plan for welcoming our bundle of joy. .
But, few months before entering the motherhood phase, I became conscious about my health and lifestyle. Though I used to party and enjoy life but I altered my lifestyle a little by actively indulging into exercises and eating healthy food.

Eating healthy diet and being physically fit not only helps you during pregnancy but also helps you to get into shape post pregnancy. I tried eating a good balanced diet which were rich in iron, calcium, and protein. Medically this also helped in PCOS and managing THYROID disorder. I ensured to wake up early and religiously went for badminton session with my partner. This not only helped me to stay fit but also strengthen the bond more with my husband as we were spending quality time together. Thus pre planning is important because it helps in all the three stages conceiving, healthy pregnancy and post pregnancy problems. A mother’s health has a direct correlation with her baby’s health, so the earlier you start the better. So EAT HEALTHY AND STAY FIT. .
